No, rank2 depleted reload (-30% magazine capacity) brings it down to 1

Looking at the reload speed, seems like he is not using depleted reload, which means this mod brings it down to 1.

Math: 2 * (1 - 0.263) = 1.474 which is rounded to 1 ammo.
