Grand Hall types building in Dojo

Hi, new to being a Dojo leader and stuff, and i don't know if this has been asked before nor do i know how should i search for it.

Basically, i am not entirely happy that i have to build 4 separate rooms to reach the one i want, that being the grandest of the halls. So, my question is: Considering that i have to build one after another, it is possible to demolish the first great hall, after i built the second, and then to build the 3rd on the place where the first was? A little map on what i want to do, to describe my question better:

Room 0 = Foundation room

Room 1-3 = Halls

R0

R1-R0

R1-R0-R2

R1R3-R0-R2

And in the end being left with R0-R4, because i am not a fan of useless rooms. Would've loved an 'Upgrade Hall' button.
