ivara ability not worting

I have ivara and I seam to be having trouble with her first ability quiver. I can switch between her 4 different arrow types but when I come to shooting the arrow by holding the ability down nothing happens. I'm I doing something wrong, do I have to have the right mods on. I'm master rank 7 and ivara is lvl20 something. Please help. Thx

unsure whether there is a setting for this, like how i had to remap secondary fire when they updated contoller schemes so have a look there. 

also, trying remapping that power to another button and test it out.
