The entire game's backbone is based upon these mysterious orokins which gave us these badass warframes and their orokin tech which are millennial more advance than the current factions. That means they need to be extremely careful to write every single word of this plot, one small detail screwed up will mess things up entirely. They are currently building up the lore, and it is critical that they must carefully implement a story line. It's one of those micro details out weights the macro details.
