If you play an endless void fissure but: never open any relic OR open a relic for first round and then never again

do you still accumulate the +25% affinity, credit bonuses and get free radiant relics each round?

no, you don´t. you need to open 1 relic for each buff. for example you open 1 relic you get one buff. on the other round you dont open any relic you keep your previous buff but you dont gain the next one. and on the next round you open another relic you gain the second buff, so they arent skippable. for instence you dont use any relic for the first 10 rounds to get the tasty buffs, you cant do that. you will just get the 25% ones till you open a determined amount of relics.
