I got locked out due to incorrect password, I can't login to the game or to the site without using a VPN. Everything I've read says to just wait a few hours max. It's been over 24 hours yet I still can't sign in without using a VPN. Once I'm online I can disable it and play fine. This can't be right at all. I don't get why it can't just lock your account until you reset your password via e-mail like any other game. I started a support ticket but I've read that they can take weeks to reply. :/
