Why Can't You Switch Shoulders While Sprinting?

I use the shoulder switch almost constantly while playing Warframe. The inability to switch shoulders while sprinting, combined with the forced-sprinting glitch (where you are stuck sprinting after shortly tapping crouch while sprinting,) has caused some annoying moments where I am unable to hit enemies because I'm forced to peek over the wrong side of cover.

 

I was wondering if inablity to switch shoulders while sprinting is intentional, and if not, are there plans to fix it? The forced-sprinting glitch is annoying as well, but wouldn't be too problematic if I was still able to switch shoulders.

Probably just a coding error. Like, the input required is 'h' instead of 'h OR H'
