The new strange

So, not sure what to do, but it seems my progression is halted completely as the quest The new strange is telling me craft the Chroma mark in my foundry, however i do not have any sort of blueprints under the Chroma name rendering me stuck, did this happen to anyone else?

Don't you need to get the bp's from unlocking some junctions?

it wont let me get past jupiter because i need to complete the new strange quest, but to do so i need to craft the chroma mark
