1. In order of size (smallest to biggest in regards to maximum members) - Ghost, Shadow, Storm, Mountain, Moon. The higher the tier, the greater the research costs, so be careful of upgrading too quickly with too few players to match.

2. Menu > Communication > Clan. There should be a button to create one, but bear in mind you don't automatically get access to a Dojo, you need to build the Dojo key, which takes 12 hours. You also need to build any extra rooms you want, so you choose the layout entirely. It's costly, you'll need a fair few Formas on hand.
