Advice for Penta riven mod re-rolling

Good Evening ,

                 I currently have a Penta mod with these stats ( + 12.1% flight speed , + 6.2% reload speed , +12.8% Status duration , -4.8% Damage to grineer).

I would like to ask what you guys think about how much this mod is worth , and what i should keep in mind if i do re-roll this mod ( as for what kind of stats i should look for :)
