However, after maxing it and equipping it, the activation rate did not appear to be nearly 40%. Out of 52 lockers, only 6 unlocked themselves. I'm not sure if I'm having mind-bogglingly bad luck, or it's bugged. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
effinator Posted July 7, 2013 Share Posted July 7, 2013 O.o I'm unlocking like majority of the lockers, often opening even like 4 out of 4 red ones. Just your luck I guess. Only place it doesn't seem to want to open most of the lockers is where there's like 4 walls of them all lined up between sections. Other than that seems fine.
