Is This Following A Bug Or Am I Unlucky? (PS4)

Every single day and this has been 6 times a day, I have been trying to get the Equinox Frame and the day aspect is impossible to get, I've done this over 30 times or more and I just cant get it. I used a Kavat's lucky charm mod to get the aspect but still, I never get it. If anyone can, check this out because I want Equinox so badly.

Not a bug, just RNG is a biatch, Equinox is a grind frame, as you have to build both aspects then build equinox, took me countless runs.

I would say, that RNGesus doesn't like Equinox farmers. Framing her costs a lot of time. I ran Tyl R. about 40 times until I got the whole set.

Upon a successful Tyl Regor assassination, one component or aspect blueprint is rewarded, with a chance of 12.91% for each component and 11.28% for each aspect. Hence, the expected number of runs necessary to obtain each at least once to allow crafting Equinox is 22.
