Warframe pls fix this

So it all started yesterday...i started streaming on steam so one of my friends can watch this one quest because he dont have it and my game just started @(*()$ up like it started to lag like crazy...and so i stop streaming and i get up today and i cant get in to any mission because it keeps trowing me offline and stuff but yesterday before i started streaming everything was fine.I tried turning off my computer and i even reinstalled the game i deleted it from steam and its still not working so please if someone could help me with this because i love this game and i have like almost 900h on the game.

Steam's built in overlay-stream has nothing to do with the game client. Hence you should reset / reinstall Steam if something. Also ensure you're not automatically streaming (Steam > Settings > Streaming). Also if you're running an old router its upload buffer could be full, try rebooting it.
