Need a second opinion about the Lanka build.

This is my current build. What I am wondering is. If I should leave it as is, or forma it again and put Shred on it so I can charge my shots faster. 

Edit: Posted a video using Argon Scope. On paper it looks amazing. It's normally 2 shots to a Corrupted Heavy gunner, but in the video it was 3 because I missed the head due to sniper sway.

Having one speed mod should be enough and Shred isn't something you want on the Lanka, that already has 5 meters innate pen. I'd recommend Vile Acceleration -- Lanka already deals high damage, you can sac the 15% damage for 90% firerate.

You should also probably show us the stats of the Riven, makes things easier.
