Extermination Bug

We'll I've been playing warframe for about 100 hours now and what happened to me a couple of times was that when I play a map on exterminate, after killing all the enemies and one is left, he doesn't appear and I can't complete the mission. This happened to me in the tower exterminate mission and in sedna infestation exterminate. Also, talking about other bugs, a quite frequent bug is when you suddenly fall into the textures and can't get this has happened to me and to other players very often. I think all of us players would really appreciate if you'd look into those kind of bugs, which can ruin you mission. Thank you for your time.
