Xp Lost If Mission Failed

Everyone knows that more than half of the xp we get from a mission is the xp we get at the end of the mission, why am i forced to lose that end-mission xp because of some guys that kept on quiting matches before?

I understand that it is meant to avoid mid-match quiting but seriously now.. XP?! i lost 3 times in a row because i ended up with players on Lua that didn't played this game for more than 20 hours

 

"Go solo then or go with friends" I'm not that social to make friends from every match i play, if i play on solo there will be less enemies = less xp too.. and so i will end in the same situation

 

Please add a match completion percentage... if we complete 50% of the mission let us get all the XP even if we fail the mission

if you can't complete the mission, why would you receive the XP? It makes no sense.

i have to suffer if my co-workers are not capable of helping me?

Solution: Find a clan and play with competent people.

 

What you are really complaining about is not exp but pug matches and there is nothing to do about that.
