Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but I didn't see a help section anywhere concerning the merchandise store. I recently bought both the Nyx and Valkyr collectible statues, both of which were supposed to come with in game items. Received the statues in great condition, but never did get the emails with the codes for the in game items and plat. Checked my spam filtered emails for several days, and they aren't in there either. Wondering if anyone else had this issue? I saw one other older post where the buyer was told to post his issue in the forums and someone would assist them there.
Edit: Nevermind...found them tucked away in the foam packing inside the box. They were literally hidden and probably would have wound up throwing them out if I hadn't looked in the foam packaging.
