Blank Pattern

So, I do most of my art in digital sculpting media- Blender and such.  I know a lot of other people on here do renders of their own warframe concepts as well.

 

I was just wondering if anyone had managed to get a rip of the Male and/or Female Tenno basic shape (or even just a single Warframe that could be manipulated into a 'blank tenno') or one of the "Hostages" that you rescue?  Or if anyone had managed to put together a good "Blank" to use to build a Frame on, or check dimensions against.
