Hidden Messages

So i have recently finished the Pluto: Sedna Junction, following up by completing the war within quest. Today i wanted to play through the hidden messages, but the quest is all fuzzy and says i am missing a requirement, but the only requirement it lists is the sedna junction on pluto. Is it a bug? Does it have some secret requirement it does not show for whatever reason? Please help.

Have you actually crafted the quest?

The junction gives you the blueprint for it.

yeah found it thanks. Would be nice if the game actually told me i need to build it and not confuse me with having finished the prerequisits but being unavailable. Thanks again.
