(SPOILERS) Octavia Console Not Functional

I'm currently trying to do the Octavia quest on Lua.  I got to the music console but the game won't let me use the console.  Am I supposed to activate the console from elsewhere?  Is this just a bug?  This is the only marked objective so I'm a bit lost here.  Here is a picture of the console that I'm trying to use.

I'm stuck at the same part as well, a lot of players are too. No idea if its a bug or if theres some other thing we havent found yet.

Have you tried killing all the enemies in the room then using it?

Interesting.  Maybe it is a bug then.

Nah.  I evade and avoid all sentients because I don't stand a chance against them.  They kill me in seconds and I don't do enough damage to them.  Also, I didn't kill all of the enemies on the last mission and I was still able to use the console.
