I cant start private messages with anyone but they can start with me. I right click and press talk but nothing happens.

Is your UI scale at 100? at anything above 101 I find the click targeting not register the click properly

I have this problem. My chat scale is at 200

Sorry to post it there, but it goes with a Chat problem. If i left+right click on the chat window, then hold and move, the chat window will always move acoording to my mouse afterwards. It's annoying and can't be undone unless disconnecting and reconnecting.

I'm pretty much havng the same problem as OP, can't PM players, send/receive invites.  However, other players can PM me.  My resolution is 4K (3840*2160).

I turned my chat scale down to 100, my resolution to 1920x1080 and that seemed to fix the problem. Please DE hot fix this soon.

Yeah none of the context menus worked for me at 3840*2160 and chat scale at 150. I have to turn the chat scale down to 100.
