As soon as the wave appears, health is restored to full value and damage is taken normally until the wave ends. At this point the health drain begins anew. XSuzumeX Posted July 13, 2013 Share Posted July 13, 2013 (edited) I believe the nightmare nodes change randomly,Im not entirely sure however.Its worth mentioning it wont always be vampire mode,there are also things like locking your weapons and only allowing you to melee among other things.
