Slide Attack not working

So since update 20ish(maybe one of the hotfixes, came back to the game after update) i am not able to perform a slide attack with the normal crouch action key. However if i use the "toggle crouch" key to perform the slide i can do a slide attack. So far i tried different frames and melee weapons and also I tried different keybindings for both normal and toggle crouch. So far no change.
