A Commentary On Captain Vor's Rebirth.

This guy is tight as a nut for new characters who are supposed to meet him. I personally don't mind the challenge, but I do think he is WAY over-tuned, especially for new players, he will be fully literal sitting @#&$-block there for everyone who wants to see the other systems. And by this, I mean his over-the-board damage output, his health and mechanics are fine, but his damage output has been increased to ridiculously high levels considering it's around lvl 6-8 frames facing him. This will drive away people, I am sure of it.
And don't get me wrong, bosses as hard as this are more than fine and welcome for later stages, but in mercury it's a tad too much for a player who just started in. I'm imagining he is a nightmare for even full 4 player group of that lvl, with 'round 100-125 shields and 90-125 health.

I wonder if his damage and level are increased with the Mastery level of the players in the mission. If not he is way over powered for that point in the game.
