Make Vor Appear Twice - Tolstoj And Void

What the title says.

Right now, Vor is a major obstacle for a newbie (no, I am not one, just saying). Since his level scales with amount of players in your squad as well as their equipment, going in with a party can prove to be too much. Thus, I suggest to "reinstate" the old Vor...and make the new Vor appear in the Void!

 

I was thinking of the Raid missions, where you have to get an Orokin Artifact - instead of rushing in, getting it, and rushing out, Vor will await you, with his new body, new abilities and whatnot. It's basically a battle against him and time - if you fail to defeat him, he will get the artifact. This correlates with him using orokin technology: where else could he get it if not in the Void?
