You Die While Downed Much Quicker After Update

I didn't notice, but honestly the ability to pretty much just endlessly pick up people (which heals them) is kind of silly.  The only time you really might have a problem endlessly picking people up is with defense where that might slow you down enough (or draw one or more people from the pod) and the pod gets killed.  Reducing the time increases the urgency and the risk as the person trying to revive may have to attempt it with enemies still shooting at them.

I'm not sure if the timer actually changed or if it just feels that way because we're dying more often.  I've gone down at least nine times against Raptor today (Cryo hazards both runs) and my friend has managed to rez two people in the same span of time after the missiles clipped through cover and wrecked us...and he was in a Rhino.  To me the bleed-out timer feels pretty much the same as it always has, it's just something I see a lot more of after the general boost to difficulty levels.
