Brightness and contrast options not working + encrypted settings file

somehow the brigthness and contrast options dont work for me. Couldnt find a topic in this forum, thats why i am opening a new one.

Am I the only one with that problem? is there a workaround or hotfix planned? Anyways, no matter if in windowed, borderless or fullscreen mode, no matter what i set for brightness and contrast, these setting dont affect anything. Picture is quite dark for me that way on my PC(ATI card). Also tested setting on my notebook (nvidia graphics) and got the same results.

On another note, how come the settings file is encrypted? Id like to tweak a little, esp because my notebook can only handle warframe at 800x600 resolution :( and it still sometimes stutters.

I have the same issue, the brightness and contrast options ingame dont work for me.

At the moment I use my catalyst control center to make the game brighter.

The game is just unplayable if I dont do that.
