So I recently purchased a maxed Hema riven mod and when I went to try and re-roll it, I could not find it ANYWHERE. Only while in the guns mod screen could I see the mod. So even in the mod foundry it would say 1/15 mod capacity and still nothing.
Now it's really simple to fix, all you have to do is select the filter option and put 'show max' option ON and that's it. Hope this helps.
