I didn't get my Ember Prime blueprint!

I was grinding with my friends and we saw that one of us scored an Ember Prime blueprint at the end of the round!

I quickly suggested that we head to extraction so we could avoid any Internet based shenanigans and claim our prize, upon returning to my ship I excitedly checked my inbox for visual verification that I had indeed received my blueprint. Only what I found was pure

dissapointment in its truest form.

I was going to sell that blueprint and make the plat I needed to get all of Octavia's awesome instruments and a tennogen syandana. But instead I received a Tigris Prime receiver, In a fit of rage born only from grinding too long and not receiving what was promised to me, I asked my friends if they received theirs and they told me they did and immediately hit trade chat. Now I'm stuck here with no Ember Prime blueprint and no plat. Please help me DE :'(
