viewing Chinese chat

during gameplay the chat box has lots of "xxxxxx" and I am pretty sure these are people typing languages other than English or European alphabet.

Pretty sure these are Chinese players, but of course I cannot see it. Now besides changing my entire game to Chinese, how can I view the text while using English?

This, most likely

Your PC should be able to handle UTF-8 and it should be the default, so unless you changed your character set to ASCII, that shouldn't be the Problem
