Looks like aloading screen to me.Press left trigger to open chat box appears bottom left corner with what looks like a loading circle top of box. Been like it every time i come on since Thursday evening. I've tried all options i know to fix. Sorry don't know how to add screenshot. In case this comes up for anyone else my wifi signal was too weak managed to get 3 bars and chat was available again.
