Elite Crewman

So recently I've been trying to farm for the Gnashing Payara mod. I went to the defense misson on Neptune to try to farm. When I looked at the enemies, it said elite crewman as the name, but they didn't have the blue uniform. They had the regular crewman skin. Are those actual Crewman? If they're not, then where can I farm them?

Elite Crewmen now have green suits as well as normal Crewmen. So if it says 'Elite Crewmen' above them, then yes you can farm them for Gnashing Payara.

What's a good place to farm for Gnashing Payara then?

Mars, Jupiter, Neptune, Pluto, and Europa.

When I choose to farm, I pick a survival or a defense mission and set it to "public". 

With a full squad, loot falls like rain.
