Guest Posted June 4, 2017 Share Posted June 4, 2017 Nidus's Undying has a very noticeable and effective effect whenever it is triggered, telling you that you've taken fatal damage, and you have exactly so long before you're vulnerable again. It permits players to focus on game play and not micromanage their buff bar. Can something similar be implemented for Pheonix Renewal and Defy, since they function nearly identically, but require players to stare at their buff bars rather than the combat around them. Right now it's harder to monitor renewal than undying, easier to handle defy than renewal. Why not make renewal a little more noticeable i'd say. simply because you have more to watch over, you then your teammates and especially the 4 timers and the confusion there is about it when your are downed or barely touch a nullifier bubble. as for defy, just change how it signals you because its warning is easily confused with normal lethal damage state.
