I heard Vodyanoi is a really good Endo farm. However, it is an arena mission. Does this mean all players in the squad need judgement points to enter? And do they have to have that node unlocked? 

If we all do need points, where can I quickly grind them?

Yes, everybody needs points to enter. If you don't have any points you must go to Nakki, Sedna. It's the only node that will let you earn points without spending points. It is also an Arena mission
