Ultra super slow download speed

I'm having an unstable download speed of 500b/s - 2kb/s in the launcher, I've checked speedtest.net, stable 10mb/s download and upload speed.
Does anyone know how to fix this without touching the verify integrity thing?
I just need to download a 10mb update.

Try messing with the Aggressive Download and Bulk Download options. My launcher goes through the same thing from time to time and some combination of changes there will usually do the trick.

I tried it already, when it was at 50%... But instead it messed up my download, back to start.

Assuming you've tried all four potential combinations (aggressive on bulk off, aggressive off bulk on, both on, both off), I'd say at this point you ought to send in a support ticket. For me, disabling aggressive download and letting it sit for a few minutes will usually do the trick, but if it's not doing it for you, you may need to consult the experts.
