A mobile prison with enemy lock down and friendly protection, Brig is the master of holding down the ship. Brig's kit focuses around holding enemies to an area while while keeping allies safe. The main idea behind him was to be able to "hook" enemies and effect how far they can move, and give protection buffs to his allies.

Base stats:
Armor: 250
Health: 400
Energy Shield: 0
Energy: 100
Sprint Speed: .9
Starting Polarities: Naramon Aura, 2 Vazarin

Passive: The Warden's Boon- 10% of all damage done to health is converted into Energy. Cannot be slowed by environment or enemy effects.
First ability: Hook- Brig scans an area and marks enemies in sight to a certain range. After activating the ability again, Brig shoots out hooks that latch onto the marked enemies. These enemies are slowed when moving away from Brig and cant move beyond a certain range from Brig. Brig is dragged slowly into the direction of the marked enemies, if standing still, otherwise he moves slower when moving away. During this link Brig gains a flat amount of armor each second he's linked, to a cap. Brig also has a small percentage of Health gain when these linked enemies take damage.  Duration affects how long the hooks last, efficiency affects the cost of each marked target, Range affects how far he can scan and how far the enemies can move, strength affects the armor cap and leech gain. The slow is unaffected by any stat. The level scaling will give longer duration, longer mark range, and total amount of marks.

The marking system works similar to Ash's ult. The links work comparably to Trinity's link, with the exception that enemies have to be seen in order to be hooked. This is his cc bread and butter. All of his abilities are effected by Hook in one way or another.

Second Ability: Latch- Brig shoots out a hook that latches to the environment or a single target. When latched he moves faster to the latch position. Also, as the latch shortens, it cannot re-lengthen. He can reactivate latch again to release it. When attached to an enemy it deals a small amount of damage, it acts like Hook, in terms of armor gain and health leech. He gains a small amount of health and armor upon latching to an enemy. The Armor gain and health leech scales with Hook. Otherwise, duration affects the how long the latch lasts, efficiency affects the initial cast, range effects how far he the initial latch can go, strength affects the base damage. The level scaling will give longer duration, longer latch distance, faster movement speed, and higher base damage.

This is a more controlled hook for a specific enemy or a way for Brig to anchor to a specific location to lock down the enemies that are hooked. Latch's range is longer than that of Hook.

Third Ability: Fortify- Brig channels energy into his hooks, causing enemies hit to grant flat armor to allies who attack them. This is a channeled ability that costs energy based off of enemies hooked or latched. Any damage Brig or his allies do to these linked enemies will gain a flat armor amount and maintain it as long as the ability is being channeled. Duration and efficiency affects energy cost of the channel, efficiency also affects the initial cast and drain from number of enemies, range effects how far allies can attack from, to gain buff, and strength affects the armor cap. Level scaling effects the armor cap.

This ability is a way to help with allies who are squishy.

Fourth Ability: Warden's Call- Brig pulls in all Hooked enemies and closes the entire latch distance. Also, he expends his armor gained from Hook and pulses it out as a health shield to all allies within range. The health shield decays over time as well as with damage taken. This ability itself doesn't do damage to enemies, only the collision damage they would normally take. Duration affects the decay of the health shield, efficiency affects the initial cast, range affects how far the shield goes to an ally, and strength scales the health shield.

This ultimate is a strong area cc while pushing survivability to allies. I envision this shield to scale at about the same rate as Nezha's Warding Halo augment, if not a little better. The draw back to this ability is that the health shield has a decay.

The idea of Brig is to offer an efficient, synergistic tanky CC/support frame. While he may lack the healing and damage reduction of trinity and Oberon, he makes up for it in locking enemies to an area and off of his allies.

I didnt put any flat number in aside from his passive and base stats because I don't know what kind of scaling would be too powerful/ not enough. Any constructive input is welcome!
