Missing valkyr prime accessory pack items !

I loved in to find that my prime liset skin and prime operator armor from the valkyr accessory pack where missing...completely gone, as I had to completely reboot my xbox and reinstall my profile. Seeing as I payed for the pack, can anyone in DE help me retrieve them?

That's also an issued I never heard before but Support should be able to resolve this issue for you
