Mastery Rank Locked... WUT (Look inside)

Ok so my friend tried to trade me a Bronco Prime BP but it says that its Mastery Locked, My mastery rank is 10 but the weapons are MR3 (bronco), Any ideas why ??

I just realized I quoted a PC update on a PS4 issue. Whups! It's likely that in your update, the MR cap hasn't lowered to 3 yet. So the Wiki's inaccurate to your current update 20.6.4
