Need higher framerate / Searching solutions

Sup m8s so i've got like 30 fps on earth and about 40-60 fps anywhere else but I want to improve that

My config :

i5 3330 3.00Gh/Z 4 cores

Nvidia GeForce GT730 2GB

12GB DDR3 RAM

I know it's not a good configuration but I saw people complaining in the forums for framerate like me but with worse config

I play with all low settings with things that doesn't make lag like medium particles and constant energy weapon rays and movement blur

I heard about unparking cores but I don't know if it's safe for the CPU and how to do it if it is safe

 

If anyone has any answers to that, any way to increase framerate for potato pc like mine, i will take any as long as I can continue to play the game. Halp plz I need halp !
