Slightly more noticeable warnings for downed players

I'd love to see a more pronounced warning when teammates are dying in the UI. it's especially bad when my partner and I are busy in a firefight and most of my focus is downrange and zoomed in with the Snipetron. Usually it takes them saying something like "dying" to get my attention and that's when they've been sitting there bleeding out for a bit :).
