Yes, if needed increase the Mastery rank so that way the buff is balanced, but the power increase would be nice for all the old primes that have been left behind. Unless one owns a riven mod or special augment, these old primes does not do enough DPS to compete in sortie's, raids, or high level missions. THIS IS NOT A ARGUEMENT, IT IS A SUGGESTION.
