Ability Level Caps And Attributes

So in latest live stream, it was mentioned that adding aura slots that raises your mod cap, actually raised the level cap. The problem here is that, after a certain point, you won't have mods slots to add new mods or current mods cannot be upgraded after a certain point ( or will be too difficult to raise ). Abilities that use raw damage points are known to get useless as enemy levels gets higher.

My first more simple  suggestion would be that: Raise upgradable level of warframe abilities. People will have more points with aura, so they need a place to spend it. Also those who don't like every single ability, can focus on the ones they love.

Ability attributes should be added by leveling up, exemple : level 1 iron skin starts with raw damage protection, level 2 prevents stagger, level 3 doesn't get affected by elementals, level 4 prevents distrupters, etc.

Abilities can even have passive abilities on warframe itself by this way.

Then there comes one thing; if you want to adapt warframe from mission to mission, you will have to own several copies of mods at different levels. Now abilities could be removed from mod system, but then you wouldn't be able to use these mod slots for different things.

Rest of this topic is filled with amateur ideas

(There comes my second , and more complicated suggestion, implementation of standard mmorpg type character stat&skill point system to mods:

Once you fully put a skill in its place, the attributes I called before, could boost existing abilities. Exemple : a 30 level warframe should win perhaps 10 points of skill boost point, which player will balance between 4 abilities they have,

( one can put a max of maybe 5 to one ability) and those attributes are added to abilities as either passive or active.

So max level of any ability would be same as now without boost. And with boost, it could deal more damage, stagger the enemy within use, apply elemental damage, etc.) Or instead these points would be applied as passive, boosting base stats of one warframe. So one warframe could be build as Tank ( slow speed, high hp and shield, etc. ) as mage ( abilities boosted and more base energy, duration, ability strenght etc. ) or as scout ( high speed, low shields and hp, more attack output from abilities ).
