upcoming proto event needs challenge

It's been a rather slow year, honestly, and while a couple events rewarded cheesy endurance play, there haven't been any design council alerts or anything to really push the limits of creative modding and play.  Can we please get something crazy in this upcoming event, even if it's only optional?

 

While we're at it, can we get some more diverse particle badges as rewards?  When the Tethras Doom quantum badge debuted, you said it was just the first of many.  Since then we gained just the ki'teer sekhara.

I would definitely enjoy if there were multiple nodes, all giving the same reward, something redundant that players couldn't get multiple times so that they higher level players can have a fun time against something challenging.
