Orthos Prime Blade And The Drop Tables.

As it stands now, the Orthos Prime is ridiculously harder to obtain compared to the other primes.

 

To build it you need 2 orthos prime blades, which only drop from t1 defense, t1 mobile and t3 defense (12%).

 

Since t1 keys are an extremely low drop rate from only 2 missions in the entire game and only at wave 5, they're essentially non-existent. Leaving the only way to get these blades the t3 defense missions, which take roughly 1 hour to complete.

 

I calculated the odds and to get a 95% chance for both blades to drop you need do to around 40 defenses.

A 40 hour investment, not counting the time spent farming the keys themselves. Isn't this a bit extreme?

Yeah its a running pattern with DE. They dont really seem to have a feel for whats fun and whats work. Work and fun can go hand in hand if it wasnt RNG based.

It drops so easy on t3 missions. And hey, t3 missions are easy, you dont have to do defense. If it were even more easier, you wouldn't have a reason to play the game. It is made so you can play more with a goal. When you finally get all items you want, you don't need to play anymore.

This doesn't fit with my experience.  So far, I've gotten 4 blades, 1 handle, and 2 bps.  I was hoping for a handle for a long time after I had the blades and bp.
