Once again, PVE is the focus. It is truly sad that they would introduce pvp into the game and then ignore it. It would not take that many resources to allow people to queue up for a simple pvp map in which they can fight each other. Alas, they should just remove all pvp form the game so that pvpers do not get their hopes up. That way it will be easier to take the advice of anti-pvp forum posters and "go play something else because nobody wants their kind around here."
