Solution For "new" Vs "classic" Effects, Including "iron Skin"

Introduce variant mods for certain Warframe powers. The Names are not that great so forgive me.

For example the highly discussed iron skin look:

- Ferrofluid Skin (Classic iron skin look) Large HP pool.
- FerroMagnetic Skin (New Iron skin look) Medium HP pool, Damages melee attackers
- Fibre, Scale Skin (possible other looks with other stats)

Another example Volt's Shock:

- Arc shock (or other name, basically shock as it is now)
- Electrocution (holding down drains power and continually shocks enemy in front, can be used while moving, arcs less but does more damage)
- shock channel (next melee attack releases an electric shock wave)

Further example Frost freeze
- Freeze (standard freeze)
- Cryostasis (hold down to freeze enemies in front of palm , can be used while moving, less range but high freezing ability suggested use against charging disrupters)
- Ice channel similiar to shock channel except ice.

These are just a few ideas but right now, there are too few abilities per class. When a power is completely changed the community often ask for an option to change it back. Most recent example of this is the Iron skin. Some say it should have it's name changed to reflect its visual nature.

Essentially this gives the community.:
- Options to change the visual style of effects
- New playstyles
- Variance of powers among Warframes (e.g. 4 rhino's not all using the same 4 powers)
- Assuming some effects are more customisable than others, allows separate energy to warframe FX colour.

I remember the devs saying (Scot and Steve specifically) that one of the main reasons they went to the mod system we have now is to have waves, or seasons, or blocks of mods. The only hurdle that Scot said he would have trouble with was the whole process of making new powers for current frames that weren't just reskinning powers of new frames.

+1, channel/drain powers is a very fascinating mechanic to me. Fresh ideas among all the other rubbish.
