Need To Fix Invite/squads

I have been in Region now for over half an hour trying to get on a squad. The problem isn't finding people, it's the actual invite/join part. 

 

Many many times invites are sent only to have 'can't join' or 'invite can only be sent from host' (when it WAS sent from host). Or you can't even get that option when you click on someone, you have to keep reclicking in the vague hope that it will sometime appear. If that doesn't work, the join session thing is also hit and miss.

 

I've had it when everyone has had to relog just to get a squad formed. 

 

It's a joke. It's only works perhaps 30% of the time with people not in clan/friends list (and even if they are it's about 60%), and it's very frustrating. 

 

This really needs improving, ASAP. As an integral part of the game it needs to not be so hit and miss.
