Just Potatoed A Boltor - Need Help With Loadout

Hello there,

 

I just potatoed a boltor and I need a loadout.

I currently have:

Serration rank 5 9 energy

Cryo rounds D slot rank 4 4 energy (should I upgrade to rank 5?)

Split chamber  rank 2 12 energy (where can I get this mod?)

Hellfire rank 2 9 energy

WIldfire rank 2 8 energy

Piercing hit rank 4 8 energy

Fasthands rank 2 4 energy

ammo drum rank 3 5 energy

 

that leaves 1 point left.

 

Just tell me what other mods to get and what to take out and any other suggestions.

Well, for raw DPS, you could throw a speed trigger on there. Mine's maxed, and it works amazingly well with Boltor.

 

Drop Ammo Drum, spend a couple K Creds on rifle boxes for your gear. Cheap option, adds tons of ammo in a relatively underused manner, and will open up your slots.

 

It also appears that you don't have split chamber already, correct? I value the moderate accuracy without it for midrange shots every now and then. Saves a hair of ammo. It's also a slot point dump. Save it for when you maybe Forma your wep, if you like it that much.

 

Also, Boltor does Physics Impact damage, so I'm not sure if Peircing Hit is worth it. Actually, it is. If you like that mod, keep it.

 

And now we wait for all the vets to dogpile on my extremely uneducated post.

EDIT: Which side arm should I get with the boltor. I am using the kunais but I feel that they are stronger than the boltor and that I don't really need the boltor as I have the kunais.
