Are There Any Way To Avoid Being A Host In Online Mode?

im a bad host with very little upload speed, and every time i tried to find squads online, it always made me as the host. the laggy slow host. which makes me always abandoned by other tennos.

so, are there any tricks to avoid being a host? thank you.

Don't click play now or have it "waiting for players." If you click a mission and you don't instantly join, exit and try again after a few seconds. Keep doing it until you get a squad. That's how I avoid hosting. Mainly because it drops my FPS.
