If not it really should, right now its petty close to useless because youll still take damage from bullets or melee but reduced damage, which isnt too bad, but considering you can just move out of the way and take no damage kinda makes it not worth using. But seems really simple to buff; just by making damage reduction 90% or actualy block the damage. --Just an idea, if you have a better one please post :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
